JENNIFER MILLICAN
JENNIFER MILLICAN is a 2x IPF World Champion at 57kg, currently making her way to 63kg weight class. She started training at The Ogre Compound February 19, 2014. Her favorite things about the gym are the emphasis on training with a team and the equipment. “I love be able to train on competition equipment.” Jen's best competition lifts are 180kgs/396lbs Squat, 105kgs/231lbs Bench, 193kgs/425lb Deadlift, and 472.5kg/1041lb Total.

AHMED "MIDO" HASSANIN
AHMED "MIDO" HASSANIN is a Muslim hailing from Egypt who has been with The Ogre Compound since 2015. His proudest accomplishments in powerlifting include being World Champion in 2008 and 2009 with the WPC Federation, 9th place in IPF Equipped World Championship 2013 with a bronze medal squat of 1003 pounds, and 2x Arnold Classic equipped champion in 2017 and 2018.
Melissa "MISSY" Brown
MELISSA "MISSY" BROWN has been an athlete since high school and has dabbled in the weight room most of her adult life with no real plan. She began racing bikes in 2001 and went on to earn her Cat 2 status on the road. In 2009 she hung up the bike, returned to the weight room, and found Powerlifting in 2012. She hasn't looked back since, and powerlifting remains the basis of all of her strength sport training. She has medaled in Olympic weightlifting at Master's Nationals, Master's Pan AMs, and Master's Worlds, medaled at Strongman Nationals in 2017 & 2018, and hold an elite Masters total in powerlifting.
Wes Johnson
WES JOHNSON is Wade’s son and is strong in his own right. He deadlifted 305# at 12, 402# at 14. He squatted 600# at 16 on his birthday and the next year squatted 805#, benched 500# and deadlifted 575#. He benched 585# at 18. He has competed in strongman as well. Over the last few years he has dieted down from 340 to about 240 and deadlifted 600#. He’s growing his landscaping business and also has hopes of expanding/owning a commercial gym.
Cee Cee, Bella, Toogee, & Abbi
CEE CEE, BELLA, TOOGEE, and ABBI (Lazy Sausagus familiaris) are members of the genus Canus (canines), who somewhat resemble the widely abundant terrestrial wolf-like carnivores known as "dogs". CEE CEE, BELLA, TOOGEE, and ABBI are not closely related to the wolves whatsoever that were first domesticated, which implies that the direct ancestor of the dog is extinct. The switch from dog to sausage is still unknown. Modern sausages have been selectively bred over millennia for various behaviors including, consistent barking, hair everywhere, and begging. But gosh darn it if we don't love them.
